We have the "3 and Out" rule. If you do something wrong, against the rules, you'll have two more chances to redeem yourself. If you complete three faults, you'll receive a ban.
By the way, the ban lenght varies on severity of the incidents relating to the ban. It will be down to admins. to judge ban lenght.
